Definitions
Seven Tours SA, a commercial and legal company, established under the laws of Costa Rica and headquartered in La Fortuna de San Carlos, is responsible for operating and managing all the reserves generated from FortunaWelcome.com and therefore serves as sole legal responsible for its operations.
The term "Platform" refers to the app and the website (mobile) where the Travel Service is available that belongs, controls, manages, maintains and / or houses FortunaWelcome.com. The term "Tourist Services" refers to the different types of products and services of the Supplier that can be ordered, acquired, purchased, paid, rented, offered, booked, combined or consumed.
"Service Provider" refers to the professional hosting provider (eg hotel, motel, apartment, bed and breakfast), tourist attractions (eg parks, theme parks, museums, tourist visits), transportation provider (eg rental of cars, airport shuttle service, shuttles, private transfers), tour operators, and any other travel related product or service that, from time to time, is available on the Booking Platform.
"Travel service" refers to the online purchase, request, reservation or payment services (including payment service) offered or provided by FortunaWelcome.com regarding various products and services that Suppliers make available on the Platform each some time.
"Service reservation" refers to the request, purchase, payment or reservation of a tourist service.

Scope and nature of our Service
Through the Platform, we (FortunaWelcome.com) provide an online platform through which our visitors can purchase, book and request availability of the various tourist services that our suppliers have available. From the moment you book our tourist services, at FortunaWelcome.com we act as intermediaries for you to receive the services as they are published.
When providing our Travel Service, the information we show is based on the information provided by the Tourism Providers. Although we try to make our Travel Service as accurate as possible, we cannot verify or guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or correct. Nor are we responsible for errors (such as manifest and typographical errors), interruptions (due to temporary and / or partial server crashes or repairs, updates and maintenance of our Platform or other reasons), inaccurate information, or lack of information.
Our Travel Service is available only for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, it is not allowed to resell, perform deep-links, use, copy, monitor (eg spider, scrape), display, download or reproduce the content, information, software, reservations, tickets, products or the services available on our Platform for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.

Payment in advance, cancellation, no show (not presented) and to be taken into account
By making a Reservation of any of our tourist services, you accept its cancellation and no-show conditions (if you do not show up) from the Supplier, as well as other additional terms and conditions (delivery) of said Travel Provider that may affect your Trip.
The general conditions of cancellation and no show of each Tourist Service are at your disposal on our Platform, both on the information pages and during the reservation process and in the confirmation e-mail or at the entrance (if applicable). Please note that some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations. Check the data of each product or service to see the conditions before making the reservation. The cancellation and prepayment conditions may vary depending on the tourist product or service.
If you wish to review, modify or cancel your Travel Reservation, check the confirmation e-mail and follow the instructions indicated. Please note that cancellation supplements may be applied in accordance with the cancellation, payment (in advance) and no show (if you do not show) conditions of the Provider or that you may not benefit from the refund of the amount paid (in advance). We recommend that you read these conditions carefully before making the reservation and remember to make subsequent payments on time as they may be necessary for the reservation.
If you are going to be late or late on the day of check-in or pick-up, be sure to communicate it (promptly and in due time), so they know when you will arrive and thus prevent them from canceling your (Reservation of) Services or charging you the supplement for not introducing you.
